Players found to be under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their accounts immediately suspended, all transactions reversed where possible, and any remaining balance forfeited. 3.2 Legal Capacity

5.1 Deposits

5.4 Fees

OKBet does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, cryptocurrency withdrawals may incur network fees charged by the relevant blockchain. Any third-party fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

All bets and wagers placed on OKBet are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the rules of the game or market you are participating in.

6.1 Sports Betting

OKBet offers betting markets on a wide range of sports including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC mixed martial arts, badminton, basketball, and esports. All odds displayed are subject to change up to the point of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in. Bets on void markets will be settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).

6.2 Live Casino

Live dealer tables including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Sic Bo are governed by the rules displayed at each table. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, OKBet will resolve the outcome based on the game state recorded at the point of disconnection. OKBet's decision on such matters is final.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Current wagering requirements by offer type are as follows:

• 100% Standard Welcome Bonus: 10x wagering requirement on bonus amount;
• 188% Esports Welcome Bonus: 18x wagering requirement on bonus amount;

7.2 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. The validity period for each promotion is stated at the point of offer.

7.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered player. Multiple welcome bonus claims — whether through duplicate accounts or exploitation of the referral system — constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom.

7.4 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are disclosed in the terms of each individual promotion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on OKBet. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one Account for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or otherwise circumventing these Terms;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner that confers an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting in sports markets;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in games or odds for financial gain;
• Arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies that constitute abuse of promotional offers;
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits or withdrawals, or any other attempt to use OKBet for illicit financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent KYC documentation;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward OKBet staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users or to interfere with the security systems of the platform.

All content on the OKBet platform — including but not limited to the OKBet name, logo, branding, interface design, software, game content, written material, images, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of OKBet or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. Upon termination for cause, OKBet may withhold balances pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, eligible balances will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting OKBet customer support. Closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to OKBet's international licensing jurisdiction. 13.1 Internal Disputes Process
